The Poolside Secret Hiding in Plain Sight
Tucked inside a hotel in the leafy Ari neighborhood, Baby Bar Bangkok is the kind of place that rewards those who seek it out. The vibe is unapologetically 90s — warm, a little nostalgic, and entirely unpretentious — with dining tables set alongside a swimming pool and a genuinely pet-inclusive policy that goes well beyond a water bowl by the door.
The kitchen runs from morning to night. A café opens at 7am with smoothies and specialty coffee, flowing into a brunch menu that carries the room through mid-afternoon. From 3pm, the mood shifts to dinner, and the food rises to meet it.
A few dishes deserve special mention: the grilled beef tongue with pickled egg, the spicy oysters, and a crispy fried squid that’s harder to stop eating than it has any right to be. But Baby Bar also thinks seriously about its four-legged guests — the dog menu features meatballs served either with yogurt or as a proper spaghetti, and dessert comes in the form of ice cream in four flavors. The humans, meanwhile, can console themselves with tiramisu and cheesecake.
Dogs on leashes are welcome in the outdoor area, though evenings are the sweet spot — cooler temperatures make for a more comfortable visit, and the morning hours tend to draw hotel guests. Staff are attentive to the needs of canine visitors, with fans and chilled water on hand.
Getting there is straightforward: hotel parking is available, though limited, with street parking along the soi as an overflow option. The BTS is a practical alternative — from the station, a Muvmi or the hotel’s own shuttle (check availability in advance) will get you the rest of the way.

บอกเลยว่าเป็นอีกร้านที่ต้องมาลอง บรรยากาศบาร์ยุค 90’s กับโต๊ะทานอาหารริมสระว่ายน้ำ ที่ไม่ว่าสัตว์เลี้ยงชนิดใด ก็สามาระมานั่งทานที่โต๊ะได้ด้วย ที่ร้านจะมีเสิร์ฟทั้ง Brunch Dinner แล้วก็ยังมีคาเฟ่ช่วงกลางวันด้วยนะ
ในช่วงเช้าถึงช่วงบ่ายจะเป็นเมนู Brunch และมีคาเฟ่ที่เปิดตั้งแต่ 7 โมงเช้า มีทั้งเมนู Smoothie แล้วก็กาแฟแบบ specialty ด้วย ส่วนเมนู Dinner จะเริ่มตั้งแต่บ่ายสามเป็นต้นไปเลยจ้า
เมนูแนะนำของร้านที่ต้องลองเลย คือ ลิ้นวัวย่างไข่ดอง หอยนางรมแซ่บ แล้วก็หมึกทอดคลุกฝุ่น คือดีย์สุด ๆ บอกเลยยยยย นอกจากเมนูคนแล้วก็ยังมีเมนูน้องหมาด้วยนะ เป็นเมนู meatballs จะกินกับโยเกิร์ต หรือจะทำเป็นสปาเก็ตตี้ก็ได้ เด็ก ๆ คือฟินแน่นอนจ้า ของคาวเสร็จต่อด้วยของหวาน ของพ่อแม่มีทีรามิสุ ชีสเค้ก ที่ละมุนมาก ส่วนของลูก ๆ สี่ขาก็มีไอติมให้เลือกถึง 4 รสชาติเลย!
สำหรับพ่อ ๆ แม่ ๆ หมาที่จะพาลูกมาสามารถใส่สายจูงแล้วพาน้องมานั่งได้ที่บริเวณ outdoor (แนะนำว่ามาตอนเย็นจะได้ไม่ร้อนจ้า) อีกอย่างช่วงเช้าจะมีแขกของทางโรงแรมมาทานอาหาร อาจจะไม่ค่อยสะดวกที่จะพาน้อง ๆ มาน้า ส่วนที่นั่ง outdoor ไม่ต้องห่วงว่าน้อง ๆ จะร้อน เพราะพี่พนักงานบริการพัดลมให้เต็มที่ พร้แมกับน้ำดื่มเย็น ๆ ให้เด็ก ๆ ด้วยจ้า
การเดินทางมาสามารถมาด้วยรถยนต์ส่วนตัว มีที่จอดของโรงแรมที่สามารถจอดได้ แต่ที่จอดรถมีจำนวนจำกัดนะคะ แต่ยังสามารถจอดบริเวณริมถนนซอยได้ค่ะ หรือจะเดินทางด้วย BTS แล้วต่อ Muvmi หรือรถของทางโรงแรม (ต้องติดต่อกับทางโรงแรมเพื่อสอบถามเที่ยวรถค่า)
