Terms of Use

1. Account Registration

To access certain features of Pupcities, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • Regular User Accounts: For individuals seeking dog-friendly locations. You may save favorites, post reviews, and upload photos.
  • Business Owner Accounts: For owners or authorized managers of venues. You may claim or create listings, respond to reviews, and update business details (e.g., “Dogs allowed indoors,” “Water bowls provided”).

 

2. User-Specific Obligations

For Regular Users
  • Personal Use: Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Authenticity: Reviews must be based on actual experiences. You may not post “retaliatory” reviews or be paid by a competitor to post negative content.
  • Pet Responsibility: Using a listing on Pupcities does not exempt you from the specific pet policies of the venue or local Bangkok municipal ordinances.
For Business Owners
  • Authorization: By registering a Business Account, you represent that you have the legal authority to represent that establishment.
  • Accuracy Guarantee: You are responsible for ensuring that your venue’s dog-friendly status, operating hours, and pet-specific rules are kept up to date.
  • Professional Conduct: You agree to respond to user reviews in a professional and respectful manner.
  • No Misrepresentation: You may not create “fake” regular user accounts to post positive reviews for your own business or negative reviews for competitors.

 

3. Content Moderation

Pupcities reserves the right (but not the obligation) to:

  • Remove or edit content that violates our community standards.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts—whether Regular or Business—that repeatedly provide false information or engage in harassment.
  • Verify the identity of Business Owners through official documentation if necessary.

 

4. Fees and Payments (If Applicable)

  • Standard Listings: Currently, basic listings for business owners are [Free / Paid].
  • Promoted Content: If you opt for “Featured” placement, payment terms and duration will be outlined at the point of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
