Paws and Plates: Bangkok’s Dog-Friendly Brunch Experience

There’s a particular kind of guilt that dog owners know well — the kind that creeps in when you head out for a long brunch while your pup stays home. For one morning in Bangkok, Paws and Plates — a joint event from Yoonique House and Pup Cities Bangkok — is offering a different kind of outing.

On Saturday, May 16, the two have come together to host a dog-friendly brunch experience built from the ground up for guests and their dogs to enjoy together. Not just dog-friendly in the usual sense — no sneaking your pet under the table, no hoping the staff won’t notice. Here, your dog is an expected, welcomed, and genuinely catered-for guest.

What to Expect at Bangkok’s Most Dog-Friendly Brunch

Paws and Plates runs in two seatings — 11 AM to 1 PM and 1:15 PM to 3:15 PM — at Yoonique House’s space on Sathon Soi 10. The event is jointly programmed by Yoonique House and Pup Cities, with each bringing their own expertise to the table: Yoonique House handling the food and venue experience, and Pup Cities shaping the dog-owner community side of the day.

Guests and their pups are greeted by name on arrival and shown to their seats, setting a tone that’s relaxed but thoughtfully organized.

For the humans: Yoonique House’s upgraded brunch menu takes center stage, built around the kitchen’s signature Korean-fusion approach. Ticket holders also receive a welcome drink and 10% off their meal.

For the pups: A newly launched Pup Menu — nutritious, kitchen-prepared dishes designed specifically for dogs — means your dog isn’t just tolerating your brunch plans, they’re having their own.

Beyond the table, three experiences are woven through the morning:

• A live artist works on-site drawing each dog’s portrait. A photo is taken of your pup on arrival so they don’t need to sit still and pose — the artist handles the rest.
• A self-serve snack bar stocks curated dog-friendly treats throughout the event.
• A personalization station lets guests customize a branded keepsake for their dog (available for a fee).

Every ticket includes a goody bag to take home, plus a surprise take-home gift from Pup Cities Bangkok.

A social media contest runs throughout the day — anyone who posts tagging both Yoonique House and Pup Cities is automatically entered to win prizes from the event’s sponsors.

To reserve, guests complete the Paws and Plates Google Form, then add @yooniquehousebkk on LINE to receive payment details via PromptPay. Reservations are confirmed once the payment slip is received.

Walk-ins are welcome on the day, though reservations are strongly encouraged — priority access to the live artist, seating, and the goody bag is guaranteed for those who book in advance.
