Earthy Society is a brunch, pizza, pasta, and wine bar at 44 Soi Pridi Banomyong 26 — a relaxed, all-day spot with a genuine sustainability mission, steps from Karo Coffee on one of Bangkok’s most characterful neighbourhood streets.
The Idea
Earthy Society is built around a clear intention: to serve food that supports Thai farmers and promotes sustainable agriculture. Every ingredient is locally sourced and organic where possible, with direct relationships with Thai producers at the core of the menu. Seafood comes from local fisheries using eco-friendly methods. The kitchen’s daily choices reflect what’s available and in season — which is what keeps the menu alive and worth returning to.
The Food
The menu runs from morning through late evening without a hard reset. Brunch covers the classics — eggs benedict, avocado toast, pancakes, and a well-composed Earthy Breakfast — alongside salads and freshly pressed juices. As the day moves on, the kitchen shifts toward pizza and pasta. The pizza dough is cold-fermented for three days, producing a crust with depth and texture. Toppings are generous and thoughtful: the Burrata Parma Ham Pizza is the standout, and the house pizza topped with sliced A5 Wagyu and Chiang Mai chorizo has earned its own following. Pasta and mains — including chicken confit and A5 Wagyu beef steak — round out the evening offer.
The Bar
Wine is taken seriously, and the bar brings Earthy Society into a different register come evening. The cocktail menu — including the Monkey Barnie as a recurring favourite — fits the relaxed, neighbourhood tone.
The Space
The interior is warm and considered, with the earthy tones the name implies — natural materials, comfortable seating, and the kind of neighbourhood atmosphere that makes it easy to linger. The street outside, Pridi 26, adds its own energy: independent, community-rooted, and increasingly one of Bangkok’s most interesting dining streets.
Bringing Your Dog
Earthy Society is fully pet-friendly, indoors and out. On a soi this walkable and well-provisioned — with Karo next door and the Pridi 26 community around it — it sits naturally in a longer dog-friendly outing through the neighbourhood.
